Chair Yoga - Burlington

Mr. Ram Bhartan led an engaging 30 mins chair yoga session at FISCO on November 17, 2025, centered on holistic health and wellness. Participants were highly enthusiastic as he explained core yoga principles and offered practical tips for integrating them into daily life.
